Yoga Mat Cleaner

• ¼ cup witch hazel**, vodka or grain alcohol
• 20 to 30 drops of essential oil

I like:

• Lavender + lemon
• Or sage + bergamot

Combine ingredients in a small spray bottle & shake to mix. Spritz your yoga mat and let sit for a couple of minutes before wiping dry.

** Essential oils separate easily from witch hazel, so be sure to shake well before each use.
